More Camaro news I know, blah, blah. But I must say that is one badass sounding V6!

Kickass! We have an RS on the lot at work actually, not sure what the fuss about v6’s vs v8 is, other than power.

Lol, he had to point out that the new ones were the new ones.

Haha because it totally wasn’t obvious which is which right? I love TFL but they do point out the obvious a lot.

There’s no sound other than the exhaust. They’re pretty quick off the line, look the same as the V8 and drive fairly well. But they just don’t have a very loud soundtrack coming from the front.

Yeah I think the V6 Camaro and Mustang should get a little more appreciation because they are both pretty good engines. Not nearly as good as V8 models but people seem to forget that V8’s aren’t everyone’s cup of tea.

I don’t think so. I just saw some camo’d Cameros following a non camo’d Camero. That V6 sounds sick, though.

It sounds awesome, I love when V6’s have that raspy exhaust note. It’s cool how the V6’s have butterfly valves in the exhaust as well.

Would have been better if Nathan was driving, he’s always rougher on the car so more of that raspy V6 sound would have been unleashed.

I already like it 1000x better than the V6 in the 5th gen.

I’m not one to like Camaros before Mustangs, but damn that V6 sounds fantastic

I think they might have really hit the nail on the head with this new 6th gen.

I find it hysterical that when he’s shown driving the Z/28, 40% of the screen is A-pillar.
Also, now that I see the 5th gen next to the 6th gen, it looks like they made the door sills
taller
and the windows
even narrower.
I get trying to keep the same iconic shape, but the original 67-69 Camaro this shape is based on has WAY more glass area and WAY better visibility. I understand the government won’t let them this-and-that, but there’s cars out there today that don’t have this issue. I’ll reserve judgement for when I get to drive a 6th gen, but it looke like they went the wrong way with that part.
